Leading aluminium bi-fold hardware supplier AT Precision has strengthened its product portfolio with the addition of a high-quality range of cleats.
Made from extruded aluminium, the range of crimping cleats and mechanical cleats is compatible with all major systems, and requires no need for frame reduction.
The cleats are also sold in singles, meaning fabricators are able to buy as many or as few as they need.
“Our range of cleats is compatible with any aluminium system on the market, and because we manufacture them in-house, we’re able to offer the same high-quality performance to fabricators at a much more affordable price,” comments AT Precision Sales Director Michael Hewitt.
“We’ve also invested in a cleat cutting and packing facility fitted with various cleat cutting machinery, meaning we can manufacture bespoke cleats for fabricators’ specific needs and deliver them the next day, saving them time, money, and hassle.
“And while most aluminium fabricators rely on the convenience of buying their cleats from their systems company or supplier, it’s by no means the best value for money.
“By coming directly to us for their cleats, aluminium fabricators can cut out the middle man and potentially save thousands of pounds a year.”
In addition to its range of cleats, AT Precision manufactures the Everglide range of bi-fold hardware, which includes rollers, top guides, pull handles, hinges, and shootbolt handles, all of which are compatible with major systems.
AT Precision also offers a 10-year guarantee on all its products, and promises next day delivery for orders made before 1pm, with free delivery on orders over £250.
Michael concludes: “Our range of cleats has been a strong addition to our product portfolio, and yet another step in being able to provide fabricators with everything they need to manufacture a bi-fold door, bar the actual glass.
“By coming directly to AT Precision for their bi-fold hardware needs, fabricators can rely on excellent quality, affordable prices, reliable lead times, and outstanding customer service.”
